About Us

ER Construction was established in August 2007. Over 13 years, we have completed numerous projects. Our first major project was Lantern Point Phase 2 & 3 from 2007 to 2009. After completion, we went on to constructing San Sebastian Phase 1 & 2 2009 to 2011. Our third project, The Watkins Residence, is in Grand Harbour 2011 to 2013; this is a 29,000 square feet home that we built with pride. The client was delighted with the project.

After which we did Crystal Cove development in Crystal Harbor 2013 to 2014. After completion, we then built another 8,000 square feet beach house in Cayman Kai for The Watkins 2014 to 2016. After completion, we then did two, three-story townhouses for Davenport Development ln Vela. Our next project was Susini Residence, three-story single-family home in The High Lands West Bay 2016 to 2017. Next was Gregg Watkins Residence in Vista del Mar 2017 to 2018. We then did 73 boat docks for Mr Watkins at Harbor Reach development in Grand Harbor 2018 to 2019.

We then did Rankin residence a 3,500 square feet single-family home in Savanah Gables and the latest being The Lee’s residence in The Lakes South Sound. 2019 to 2020 at present we are doing Koziley residency in The Lakes a 4,000 square feet single-family home and also the Doble residence in Grand harbour 4,000 sq feet family home. During the period of doing these significant projects, we have been able to get numerous small projects and renovation done. ER Construction Ltd intends to continue on this path to affordability and efficiency for all our future projects. Our main goal is to keep our clients happy and satisfied.
